If you are ever unhappy with Ask Mr. Robot for any reason, contact us for support.
One-time purchases
We offer one-time purchases from time to time, such as the Classic Era upgrade and gift codes.
These are non-refundable as described in our Terms of Use.
Premium subscriptions
We offer monthly and annual subscriptions. If you pay for a month or year and then cancel before that period is up, we make sure that you are not charged in the future. Your will retain access to premium features until the paid period ends. After that, premium features will become inaccessible but your data (such as optimizer settings, results, etc.) will be saved as long as you have an account. If you ever choose to subscribe again in the future, you will regain access to any data that is still relevant. For more details, please read our Cancellation Policy.
In general, subscription fees are non-refundable as described in our Terms of Use.
Though we reserve the right to deny any refund request, here are examples of refunds that we almost always grant if requested:
- You used Ask Mr. Robot for a while then stopped, but forgot to cancel your account. Then you received an auto-renewal invoice. Let us know and we will refund the last payment.
- If you are really unhappy with Ask Mr. Robot any time in the first 14 days of using it, we will cancel your subscription and give you a full refund.
If Team Robot initiates a cancellation of your premium subscription, we may issue a prorated refund for unused time, though we are not obligated to do so. This is rare, usually only done if you violate our Terms of Use.
